Having not logged on to the LVH3 website in years, I realised I’d missed scribing a run – only 11 years late!!?? My memory isn’t good but here goes nothing... we seem to have met at the Silverdale railway station, probably at the usual 11am start time, however, it wasn’t unusual to wait for the Adams family so I reckon we didn’t leave till about a quarter past!

Not having been part of the LVH3 for very long, I was obviously far too busy concentrating on keeping up rather than looking at the extra special scenery that the Silverdale area provides. Although running along the coast seems memorable, so Jenny Brown’s point was probably a good bet, as was running through Eaves wood. Seem to remember a naturist meeting place around here too, or had he not joined us by then (oops, another story, obviously)!

I wasn’t driving to this run so almost certainly got a lift with Pick-me-Up and Hash Drunk, otherwise my memory would have been so much better!

As for the circle and the down downs, well take your pick really;

•    Slack Bladder probably got one for doing what he did best
•    Lurch for being late, again
•    Bubbles for using his horn too frequently and scaring would-be ramblers
•    Hash Drunk for having keys jingling about in his pocket for the duration
•    And me for not having done anything wrong except liking to drink out of a dog bowl!

On Inn was Silverdale Hotel and I wasn’t driving home, so the rest is history!
