This was our 2nd visit. We also visited on...
Top marks for the meeting point, a car park with a public loo, very convenient and for the weather, the driest day for 6 weeks with patches of blue sky and sunshine.
Full marks for the beer stop which was more like a snack bar from a car boot. There were soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, tea, coffeee, hot chocolate, mince pies, choccy biscuits, but next time OffHisTrolley hares a run with WhiteNoise, he's promised a gas burning cappuccino machine so that he can expand the range of drinks on offer to include Latte's etc.
Top marks for shiggy, it was so wet and muddy, it looked like sh*t and at the end of the run, we did too.
Nil points to the Rambos who could n't find the trail and took the road back to the on inn.
DDs to me, Morticia, for breaking the circle to use the convenient convenience, to Lurch for not listening to the hares instructions and to Feels on Wheels for whinging about getting splashed in a puddle at the beer stop after running for miles in the gloopiest shiggy ever.
All in all a good mornings run.
