What a day – sunshine, slight cooling breeze, good company, fine trail and beer!

We set off from the Station Inn Oxenholme and contrary to the hare’s description of the trail, (flat, short and loads of shiggy) we went uphill and up and up and up. The views were splendid, loads of checks so even Eeeee-coli was a FRB once! After getting to the top of The Helm, we ran down the other side, past a tarn with swans on it, over a few fields, through a wood with some bluebells, and round the edge of some plastic fields – also with swans on them, guess they thought the plastic was water! We all got to the beer stop eventually and ate chocolate eggs! From there the wimps had a good straight run-in to the On Inn while the rambos wandered around for a while and eventually turned up.

The hares were awarded for a fine trail, Septic Canary and Full Member told off for no hash gear, Baldbrick and No More Cum did something wrong and Cum Yak Yak decided the company of an MP3 player was preferable to that of hashers! She may have a point!

Oh and I did find my sunglasses at the beer stop – hurrah!

  1. Sir Tom Tom
Sir Tom Tom Congratulations to Cum Yak Yak on completing her 100th r*n with LVH3, the event being marked in the customary way with the presentation of a well-cool LVH3 100 R*n tankard. By my calculations that makes her 50% as mad as Cyberseptic but 50% madder than Full Member! Poor lass.
