DaytimeR*n 410 »

Galgate

Well here goes fellow hashers, it appears that I (Stinkerbell) has involuntarily volunteered myself as scribe! Unfortunately, when I r*n I tend to use it as a way to clear my head of everything  and I wasn’t paying close attention to what actually happened on the r*n! But I will rack my brain and try to update you all as to what went ‘on-on’ the threesome birthday hash!

Firstly a happy birthday to the 3 lovely birthday ladies - Antiseptic, me and the hare herself , Feels on Wheels (ok, lovely is somewhat stretching the truth and as for the use of the word lady it is used in the loosest sense of the word!). A fair turn out for the r*n, but a very poor turn out from those hashers in party attire (sorry, that included myself) but Upper-skirt in a skirt and Feels in a frock frock were looking very glam.  Baldbrick offered to do the r*n in his birthday suit, but we all begged him not to!

So, off we went – straight away to be offered the wimp/Rambo split and that’s the last we saw of Minor Twot until we found him lurking somewhat sheepishly in a field of his fleecey friends  just before the beer stop. The rest of us set off through fields full of shiggy (which incidentally is altered to shaggy by word’s spell check!) but shiggy it was, a bit of canal, a touch of babbling brook and all the time still the gentle hum of the M6 in the background.  We met up with Twot and prized him away from his new friends and then we all got the wiff of beer on the breeze and reached the beer and birthday (jaffa) cake stop.

Much of the same happened in the later half of the r*n...ie Twot wimped out and did the super wimps' route, there was more fields and shaggy, sorry shiggy action and then we all had a group hug upon finding Feel’s ‘G-spot’ in the idilic setting of the bridge back over the motorway.  Homeward now, down the quaint little ginnals of galgate dodging the old beer cans and empty vodka bottles! And on-inn to the Plough carpark for a few down–downs, and an up-up for our teacher's pet Major Twit for being the dogs bollocks at finding the checks and getting us all back safely to make up for Twot's lack of check rubbing out!

A quick game of pass the parcel (no birthday party would be complete without it) and then some half decent scran and beer was consumed!

There you have it – run 410 summed up by Stinkerbell
