This was our 5th visit. We also visited on...
Beginning at the bridge on Nannie Pie Lane, a timely start saw Small Bush and her crew of pups, no names and virgins playing catch up . Catch up they did and were then FRBs for much of the r*n with a pack of 30 following a well laid trail.
The shiggy was reasonable, despite the recent rain. The first Rambo/Wimp split saw Twisted earn a well-deserved down down for calling On On using anecdotal evidence of flour from well meaning (but misguided) members of the general public. After leading the pack quite far down the lane she admitted her error and we trudged back to the previous check.
On arrival at the beer stop, it became apparent that Highway had lost his way – though he appeared at the On Inn so can’t have gone too far astray.
The circle saw multiple accounts of trail fouling (does someone want to inform Morticia and Upper Skirt that this is not mandatory?), the initiation of a virgin and two naming ceremonies. Welcome Arkwright and Twiglet – may your hash days be long, hard and multiple.
