Post Burn's night r*n
We were blessed with dry weather for a change. It's a pity that it couldn't have been dry for the past two months! We welcomed back Thunder dick, Bedside manner and a much bigger Cotside manner than the last time we saw her.The hare was ably assisted by a virgin hasher who supervised the beer buckets at the beer stop. The hare had not set any wimp/rambo splits but fortunately the pack carried out his fishhook instructions without complaint. As some of the pack had been to a Burns night supper the previous evening the pace of the run was slow but this was not helped by the shiggy over most of the r*n. The route was well marked and enough flour was used to make several pancakes. This was the second time we had seen Sperminator on our r*ns so we hope he will continue to join us.The food at the on inn was very good and the service was swift.
