Winmarleigh - The huge Steak Pudding Hash!

Any mathematician will immediately spot that 700 is a Harshad number, or in other words a number which is divisible by the sum of its digits. Why is this relevant? Why, because this hash was Upperskirt's 700th hash with LVH3, and Harshad sounds a bit like hashage, excessive hashage being what the RA accused US of in the circle. Anyway it's an amazing milestone, showing supreme dedication and commitment to the hash.

It was not the hoped for lovely early Summer's evening that greeted a good turnout at the Patten Arms. Recent temperatures in the 20s had been replaced by damp and chilly conditions. A modicum of shiggy was promised by the one attendant hare. Where was Twisted everyone wondered? Apparently there are other things to do besides hashing and she was at her favourite exercise class, after trail laying earlier, and before returning to witness the hounds arriving at the On Inn.

Pleasant ably set us all off after a slightly confusing briefing, mainly telling Rambos to look for a gap in a hedge. She must have previously also partially briefed Plucker about the route, since he constantly claimed to know where it went, then proceeded to lead the Rambos astray!

Everyone warmed up with movement, and the drizzly rain held off until right at the end. The route was easily followed despite predictions of it washing away, and apart from Plucker's deviations was completed as intended.

Down downs went of course to the hares, to Upperskirt for her milestone, and to Plucker for his determination to add distance to the route. Most of us retired to the pub and were well fed, in some cases alomost defeated by the size of the steak puddings!
