Clapham - Yet Another Bank Holiday Hash

"They marched us up to the top of the hill and then matched us down again!"

We started at the Goat cafe-when we got there. We were slightly delayed due to being behind a horse and cart. The start was close to a camp of "the travellers", so advice was shared, "make sure you lock your cars".

We all managed to cross the main road without getting run-over, then had another delay in trying to find the trail. Eventually found, we started on the uphill trail. The whimps managed the uphill post beer stop with only a modicum of whinging, the uber-whimps having managed to avoid further climbing after beer stop refreshments. The Rambo's almost managed to fit in Ingleborough -or thereabouts.  A good country trail (even though it was Yorkshire) with a downhill finale. On in was the Lake House at Clapham who sold yummy pizzas as well as a good selection of beers. A good place to enjoy the sunshine.
