Beers from Coniston, Black Sheep and Jennings
This r*n started well because most of us arrived early enough to have a pint in the on inn before setting off. We set off across the moorland slopes below the Howgills. Fortunately it was fine and bright because the hare seemed to use so little flour that we thought if we had collected it we could not have made a decent dumpling or a small cupcake. The hare rounded us up (with his dogs) bfore we reached Newbiggin on lune and directed us on the right road. The hare was given a downdown for a good r*n and another for leaving his belt pack in the buckets aftr the last time he hashed. Bone idle was christened with that name because she seemed to be doing everything. The On Inn provided a good meal for everyone and the beer was good as well.
