This was our last r*n

Caton - The April-Fools-Day-Plus-1 R*n

"Where are we?"

"In The Village."

"What side are we on?"

"Left side of the pub, in the car park."

"What do we want?"

"Information."

We don't get it! Not the usual ream of paper at a STT hash. Only that we get out of The Village at the roundabout.

No ornate domed, coloured, italianate buildings here but some historic old houses which we had a history on from BB all around The Village.

Plenty of checks on the main trail, still intact or completely obliterated, or a random chalk arrow (maybe from a previous hash) which sent LP wildly in the wrong direction.

Like Rover, The Hare lurked around corners checking that we weren't about to leave the trail and escape early back to the pub, as rain started to descent upon us.

At last, the W/R split, and the lonesome Rambo, LP made a dash for freedom and escaped the pack. Wimps back at the pub, it was pouring with rain, they resigned to the pub, no debrief, no punishments handed out. The Hare denies responsibility for the missing Rambo - he's done his bit!

Shortly, in the gloom from the pub window, a lone dark figure can be seen running in. He's back and could not escape!

Thanks STT for the trail (how you managed some of those stiles with broken ribs !!)

On On!

Be Seeing You!
